1) Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Track AI Bubble at trackaibubble.com and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and located in the United States to use the Service. The Service is for personal, non-commercial use unless we give you prior written permission.

3) Informational purpose; no advice

Track AI Bubble provides educational, data-driven signals about market conditions. We do not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Markets involve risk, including loss of principal.

4) Accounts & subscriptions

You may subscribe with an email address to receive alerts. Keep your subscription information accurate. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails.

5) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, misleading, harmful, or abusive purposes;
• Attempt to access areas or data you are not authorized to access;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service (e.g., scraping beyond fair use, rate-limit abuse, reverse engineering, security probing);
• Use any automated means to access the Service except as permitted by our robots and rate limits;
• Remove proprietary notices or misrepresent affiliation with Polyform.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, suspected abuse, or to protect the Service.

6) Intellectual property

The Service, software, design, text, and graphics are owned by Polyform and our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for limited rights to access and use the Service as provided in these Terms, no license is granted. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our consent.

7) Third-party services

We use third-party providers (e.g., AWS for hosting, Neon for database, Resend for email, PostHog for analytics). Each third party is responsible for its own services and terms. Your use of the Service may involve these providers.

8) Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or part) at any time without liability, including by updating metrics, thresholds, sources, or features.

9) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SECURE.

10) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POLYFORM AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS LESS. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; some of the above may not apply to you.

11) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Polyform and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12) Feedback

If you send feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without restriction and without obligation to you.

13) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for any violation of these Terms, suspected abuse, legal compliance, or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (e.g., IP, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law).

14) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts-of-law rules. You agree to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in San Francisco, California.

15) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be reasonably highlighted on the Site. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
