This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use Track AI Bubble at trackaibubble.com (the “Site”) and related features such as email alerts (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

2) Who we are & what we do

Track AI Bubble is a simple, educational dashboard that tracks three bubble-watch metrics (Valuations, Financing, Hot IPOs) and allows users to subscribe to email alerts. We do not provide investment advice.

3) Information we collect

• Email address you submit to receive alerts or updates.
• Technical data (via analytics/cookies): device/browser type, pages viewed, referrer, timestamps, approximate location (derived from IP), and product events (e.g., subscribe submitted), collected through PostHog or similar analytics.
• Server logs (for security and reliability): IP address, user agent, request/response metadata.
• Administrative data you send us directly (e.g., support emails).

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (see “Children” below).

4) How we use information

• Provide the Service (render metrics, maintain availability).
• Send alerts and updates you request (via Resend).
• Improve and secure the Service (diagnostics, analytics, preventing abuse).
• Comply with law (recordkeeping, responding to lawful requests).
• First-party marketing: we may email you about Track AI Bubble and other Polyform products we believe are relevant. You can unsubscribe anytime.

5) Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)

Where applicable, we rely on: contractual necessity (to deliver requested alerts), legitimate interests (improving and securing the Service), and consent (for non-essential cookies or marketing where required).

6) How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with service providers (“processors”) who assist us in operating the Service, for example:

• Hosting & infrastructure: AWS (including App Runner/ECR).
• Database: Neon (managed Postgres).
• Email delivery: Resend (transactional/alert emails).
• Analytics: PostHog (product analytics).

These providers process data on our behalf under agreements restricting their use to our instructions. We may disclose information to comply with laws, protect rights/safety, or in connection with a merger/acquisition.

7) Cookies, analytics & do-not-track

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and understand usage (via PostHog). You can control cookies through your browser settings. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, we will honor it for marketing/advertising cookies; essential cookies may still be used to run the Site.

8) Retention

Emails: retained while you remain subscribed and for a reasonable period after unsubscribe for suppression and compliance.

Logs/analytics: retained for operational needs and security, then deleted or anonymized.

We keep data longer where required by law, to prevent abuse, or to defend legal claims.

Unsubscribe: Every alert email includes an unsubscribe link; or contact us.

Access/Deletion/Correction: You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information (subject to legal limits).

California (CPRA): We do not sell or “share” personal information as defined by CPRA. You may request access/deletion and to limit use of sensitive data (we do not seek to collect any).

To exercise rights, email info@trackaibubble.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject and the email you used with the Service. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity.

10) Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information (e.g., HTTPS, access controls, least-privilege, encrypted transit). No method is 100% secure; use the Service at your own risk.

11) Children

The Service is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us to delete it.

12) International transfers

We operate primarily in the United States. If you access the Service from other regions, you consent to transferring your information to the U.S., which may have different data protection laws.

13) Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date and post the new version. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site. Your continued use means you accept the updated Policy.
